1.  Install HotDog Pro 2.5 But DON't
    Run It!!!
2.  Copy/Extract The rk31vb.dll File
    To The HotDog-Folder
    (c:\ProgramFiles\HotDog25).
3.  Run HotDog.
4.  In The Register-Dialog Enter:
    
    User Name: 
    Serial Number: 12345678901234567890

    Use Whatever Name You Like At The
     Position.
    Both Lines Must End With A Return.
