SEE4VB Version 3.0 is an SMTP/POP3 Email Engine for Visual Basic (SEE4VB).
It is based on a Win32 DLL (see32.dll) that allows any Visual Basic or
VBA program to send and receive email over any TCP/IP network (such as the Internet),
including quoted-printable and BASE-64 MIME attachments.
