First Download the tools from (Requires Registration, but does not require a Serial Number)

Unzip the program file into a folder.

Next Delete or rename "custom.ini" in the folder you unziped the setup files to.

Then copy the provided "custom.ini" to the directory. (This will stop setup from checking for a previous install)

Start the install by double clicking on setup.exe
