DESCRIPTION

Restorator allows you to modify the user interface of any
Windows 32-bit program and create your own UCA's (User-styled 
custom application). You can view, extract and change images, icons, 
text, sounds, animations, menus, and many more. Or let it just call
a resource editor.

In the readme.txt supplied with Restorator, the author informs us that 
using a crack on Restorator may result in serious problems with your 
windows installation! Whether you want to use this crack is up to you.
