takeAbreak is a vision care program which helps you to save and protect
your eyes and make you work with computer more effective, comfortable
and safe. Other utilities which promise you to be your "eyes keeper",
"eye shield" or "relaxer" in fact force you to watch to a working monitor
or just remind you about break you must to do (why they didn't name their
programs "very simple reminder"?). Unlike those programs takeAbreak
really force you to make break and let your eyes a rest.
